Regarding the youthful expression of young people born in English speaking communities where freedom becomes strong enough, this means that young people have fewer restrictions on their freedom. One of these may be:

The young Englishmen have no such concern for their race, appearance, hobbies, belief, culture, therefore there is less discrimination and each let live peacefully with others.
